We promise to provide you with a quote within 48 hours of finalizing the details of your event. Once the quote is accepted, our Groups Director will assign a Program Manager to serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout the process. We believe that the pre-event and post-event communication is crucial for success, ensuring that expectations are set and clearly communicated, benefiting both the client and the provider.
Our on-site coordinators undergo extensive training in airport meet-and-greet procedures, hotel load-in and load-out details, and navigating challenging venues. Our software’s chauffeur status feature provides immediate updates, and our mobile app allows all coordinators to log in and track chauffeurs via GPS. Changes, additions, and cancellations can also be easily managed through the app for added convenience.
Your trips will be confirmed 24 hours in advance and, if desired, 30 minutes before each run. You can request email and/or text updates with chauffeur details (name, photo, and cell number), along with various status updates. We utilize iPads for easy and professional signage for all pickups, incorporating logos and names as needed. Our on-site dispatch center is available 24/7 to assist with any questions, changes, or last-minute cancellations. Your Group Manager will also be readily available to support you.
